How to Use:
Step 1: Shake well with the lid closed to thoroughly mix the water layer and the oil-based emollient layer.
Step 2: Soak a cotton pad generously (about the size of a 50 cent coin) and place it on your eyelids or lips for about 10 seconds.
Step 3: Gently wipe without rubbing. You can proceed to the next skincare step without rinsing.
